Our Inspiration and Purpose
Our Story, as Told by our Founder
When my father was diagnosed with dementia, we experienced the challenges families face when looking for quality senior living firsthand. Combined with witnessing other family members being neglected in large and impersonal ‘big box’ facilities, this fueled our determination to craft something better.
Having operated successful housing and supportive living environments for many years, we were inspired to extend our mission. We decided to create a much-needed nurturing space for seniors – one where they are seen, heard, and cared for with compassion, dignity, and personalization. But our vision didn’t end there; we wanted to craft something truly different. We envisioned a place where warmth, compassion, and comfort could co-exist with upscale, wellness-inspired living.
With this mission in mind, Branch and Olive was born.
From day one, our mission has been guided by love, integrity, and a genuine commitment and desire to make a difference to the lives of seniors and their families. As we continue to build a community in which residents are treated like family, every decision we make is underpinned by these simple principles.
